Holiday Inn Express & Suites - San Jose Airport By Ihg

I was really impressed by how spacious and comfortable the room was-definitely a plus for rest during my busy trip. The location is super convenient, just a quick ride from the airport and close to the university. Plus, the breakfast spread was decent, giving me a good start to my day.

My stay was far from perfect. The elevator was a pain—one was out of order, and the other kept skipping floors. I also found some dirty towels in my bathroom, which was pretty gross. To top it off, the front desk staff seemed grumpy and unhelpful. I won’t be returning anytime soon!

Fairly clean place, staff was great. A private safe, an air conditioning, and an iron inside the double room were handy. The view out of the windows was pleasant...

The location was particularly good in a secure area, close enough to tram outside, and Tram and airport shuttle. Cafe Pret a Manger was located 10 minutes walk away. Overall it was brand-new, with a private bathroom. There were a microwave, an electric kettle, and fridges too.

The hotel felt clean and spacious, and I appreciated the variety at breakfast. My stay was marred by an unsettling moment when a staff member mistakenly entered my room. While the staff was generally friendly, some communication issues left me frustrated.

Beautiful and nice hotel in a safe area just next door to many eateries and entertainment, airport with 30-45 minutes, and tram stop. Courteous, nice staff with smiling face. Variety of goodies for breakfast. Marvellous and comfortable location, just a walk down to everywhere.

The rooms are good sized and include a microwave oven, an electric kettle and a refrigerator. The staff are friendly, managed the parking onsite.

The location was ideal for quick access to the nearby 5 Wounds Catholic Church. The suite with two queen beds was clean and spacious. Breakfast options included gluten-free dishes, which catered to our needs perfectly.

I had a great time here, especially because the hotel is right next to a light rail stop, making it so easy to explore downtown and also enjoy nearby parks like Montague Park, perfect for a weekend stroll.

Family with children needs to be cautious

Had a good breakfast with fresh fruit and cheese omelette, made me forget about my usual oatmeal routine. The bed was comfortable enough for me to actually relax before my early flight.

It wasn't exactly a bargain but still acceptable for what we had.

The complimentary breakfast featured a wide variety of options, including fresh fruit and yogurt, made for a great start to my day.

I stayed in a Standard Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, and it was clean and spacious. The beds were comfortable. I really enjoyed the complimentary breakfast, especially the fresh fruit and variety of options available each morning.

Some parking fees were unexpected.

We loved the clean and spacious two queen bed suite! The kids enjoyed the pool, even if it was a little cold.
